Corn Casserole
This recipe is by Dee Finney and is from 'Homemade Cooking Good
'Nuff for Sharing', a cookbook published by the Antique Gas &
Steam Engine Museum.
1 can whole
kernel corn, drained (save 1 Tbsp. juice)
1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese
1 small can green chilies
Blend cheese
(softened) and chilies with the tablespoon of juice until well
mixed.
Add can of
corn, mix and heat thoroughly.
 The
Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum

nestled on 55 acres of rolling farm ground in
Vista, California. Featuring
collections of over 20,000 items from the
1849-1949 era; the museum collects, preserves
and displays examples of mechanical ingenuity
and crafts associated with the early days of the
American farm and rural community. The museum is

Spring and Fall Harvest Fair, Threshing Bee,
