Located in
Southern California’s High Desert region, Joshua Tree National Park

Leslie
Roe - Pioneer Museum, Flagstaff, AZ
Housed in the
former Coconino County Hospital for the Indigent (often called the
‘Poor Farm’ by the locals), this Arizona State Museum collects,
preserves, and exhibits over 10,000 artifacts, documents, and
photographs of the history of Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, and
presents changing exhibits illustrating themes in Flagstaff’s
history. Leslie Roe, the Director of the Pioneer Museum will join us
to talk about Flagstaff’s fascinating history, and about the
museum’s exhibits that feature farm machinery, livestock working
gear, medical equipment, household items, toys and dolls, vehicles,
costumes, pioneer memorabilia, plus a 1929 Baldwin articulated

Mystery’,
Clare O’Donohue is
a freelance television writer/producer. She has worked worldwide on
a variety of shows for the Food Network, the History Channel, and
truTV, among others. She produced television’s most popular quilting
show. Simply Quilts on HGTV, and is currently producing and writing
for a variety of television crime shows, including Forensic Files.
With a charming, but fresher take on the art of quilting,
The Lover’s Knot
introduces Nell Fitzgerald, who soons finds herself entangled in the
hobby, and in solving a small town murder with the help of her

Richard
Pettersson - Master Goldsmith/Gemologist, Borrego Goldsmith Jewelers
Richard Pettersson is a Master Goldsmith/Gemologist beginning as an
apprentice in 1982, and evolving as an accomplished Master in
exclusive stores in Palm Desert, California and Sedona, Arizona.
Richard earned a Gemologist Certificate from the Gemological
Institute of America, and perfected his techniques through the
Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, owned and operated by San
Francisco’s renowned designer Alan Revere. Today, Richard and
DeNise Bowers-Pettersson
run Borrego Goldsmith Jewelers in Borrego Springs, CA. Richard is
