for the Holidays Made Simple!

The holidays are fast approaching and it's not too early
to think about what to wear to private or company
parties. It can be easy, fun and most of all inexpensive
for both the stay at home mom, or the career woman.
A simple black skirt or pants can be the foundation of
your holiday wardrobe along with a pair of dressy heels
or mules. Tops in the colors of teal, burgundy, purple,
forest green and of course, red, will definitely put you
in a festive mood. These jewel toned colors work well
with all skin tones and hair colors.
Don't overlook the importance of jewelry during the
holiday season, but keep it simple and stylish. You
don't want to look like a Christmas tree.
Find the perfect top and you are on your way to easy,
carefree holiday dressing. You can always wear the same
top to several holiday functions, but it can look
different each time simply by changing your accessories.
As far as makeup is concerned, keep it age appropriate.
Leave the glitter shadows to women 30 years old and
under. Consultants at the cosmetics counter at
department stores are more than willing to give you
holiday make up tips.
Also make sure that the holiday clothing you choose is
easy to care for, such as being machine washable. This
will save you time as well as the extra expense of dry
cleaning.
Relax, and most of all enjoy the time with your family
and friends!
