Regional Storytellers Tell Tales of
Luck & Blarney - March 13, Vista, CA

Storytellers from around Southern California will gather at The First Lutheran Church, at, 1410 Foothill Drive, Vista, Ca, 92084, on March 13th, from 6:30, to 8:00 pm.

Around the world, and across time, people have gathered for storytelling. In Vista, storytellers will be telling tales of Luck and Blarney to celebrate St. Patrick's Day for an all ages audience. All of the storytellers have local popularity, and some of the tellers are nationally, and internationally known. To make sure there is something for everyone, the concert will be in two parts. The first stories will be for kids and families. Then the younger audience members will be off to participate in some fun craft projects. While the kids do crafts, the storytellers will share more mature stories for the grown-ups. After the program there will be an artists reception where the audience will have the chance to mingle with the storytellers.

James Story Magic and, the First Lutheran Church of Vista, believe that storytelling is the oldest, and most powerful art form. For thousands of generations storytelling has been used to share knowledge and wisdom, to teach culture, and to just plain entertain. James and First Lutheran are working to build a vibrant storytelling community in North County by bringing together storytellers from around Southern California, and local story listeners.

James Nelson-Lucas is a internationally known storyteller, producer, and performer. He has forty years as an entertainer and performer. The goal of James Story Magic is to entertain, educate, and motivate his audiences.
